Responsibilities
Cleaning and maintaining molds
Maintain inventory of spare parts for molds
Analyze and remove sources of errors and disturbances
Recognize and report mold part problems
Assist technical personnel and support throughout entire facility
Perform work in other areas when needed or requested. (i.e. load trucks)
Maintain and work in accord with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
Qualification
Required
Experience in tooling/die shop
Experience in injection molds
Good basic technical knowledge
Must have excellent attendance
Must be responsible, self motivated and function well in team environment
Must be able to make decisions with minimal supervision
Must be safety and quality conscious at all times
Flexible work schedule with a willingness to work overtime
Willing to take a 'Hands On' approach during mold changes and other jobs
Preferred
1-3 years of experience with injection molding preferred
