Responsibilities
Lead and oversee safety programs across multiple construction projects in the Atlanta market
Conduct onsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and project-specific safety requirements
Develop and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding for project teams
Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and safety documentation
Collaborate with Superintendents and PMs to identify risks and implement proactive safety measures
Maintain safety records, reporting, and metrics in alignment with company standards
Help drive a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
5+ years of safety experience in commercial or industrial construction
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction site safety practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to lead, teach, and influence
Ability to conduct thorough inspections and document findings accurately
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for keeping teams safe
Preferred
Experience developing or delivering safety training is a plus
Certifications such as OSHA 30, CHST, CSP, or similar are preferred (but not required)
