This role involves delivering in-depth business insights and operational excellence while collaborating with sales and product leaders to shape regional business priorities and drive execution cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Define and build SMB business analytics frameworks across the NA regions

Design and maintain scalable business performance monitoring systems aligned with business priorities

Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Business Operations to drive in-depth analyses which lead up to strategic directions and actionable growth levers based on projects

Oversee high-impact analytics projects, such as partnership penetration, sales efficiency, seasonality initiatives, etc

Collaborate with the Global Business Analytics function on improving tooling, workflows and data infrastructure

Required

Must have medium fluency in written and spoken Mandarin to effectively communicate with client stakeholders based in both the AMS and APAC region who primarily speak Mandarin

Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Applied Math, Statistics, Economics, similar fields, or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in business analytics, BI, strategy or consulting

Strong problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and synthesize findings into narratives for sales teams and executive leadership

Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite skills, with effective communication and influencing skills

Preferred

Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation; familiarity with Python or R is a plus

Proficiency in dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Thinkcell)

Understanding of the advertising, SaaS or e-Commerce industry is a good to have
