Business Transformation Intern - Summer 2026
Magna International is a leading mobility technology company focused on advancing automotive technologies. They are seeking a Business Transformation Intern to support ongoing transformation initiatives by assisting with project planning, data analysis, and process improvement activities, while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Support business transformation projects by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and tracking progress on key initiatives
Assist in mapping and improving business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, action items, and project milestones
Participate in meetings, take notes, and help coordinate follow-up actions
Contribute to the preparation of presentations and communication materials for stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned to support the transformation team’s objectives
Qualification
Required
Currently attending a college or university; high school diploma required
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Some related experience preferred, especially in project management or business transformation
Technical understanding of business systems, process mapping, and improvement methodologies
Familiarity with the automotive industry and its core processes is a strong asset
