Responsibilities

Support financial planning and analysis activities, including modeling, forecasting, and reporting
Assist in building storyboards and presentations that communicate insights and recommendations to senior management
Partner with cross-functional teams to support finance operations, data management, and governance initiatives
Contribute to projects in areas such as reporting and quality controls, business analytics, and model building/development
Conduct detailed analysis and provide insights to improve processes and enhance decision making
Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives

Required

2+ years of experience in the financial and/or P&C insurance industry required
Bachelor's degree with a major in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Actuarial, Engineering, Economics or other)
Experience developing detailed financial models / analysis
Experience developing executive level presentation materials
Excellent time management skills to meet required deadlines
Strong business and financial acumen and ability to present financial items clearly and concisely
Self-starter, and a team player with ability to communicate with teams with various backgrounds
