The role involves auditing and posting transactions, calculating commissions, processing lien payoffs, and assisting with month-end closing among other accounting tasks.

Audit and Post New and Used Retail Deals and Wholesale Transactions
Calculate Commissions
Process Lien Payoffs
Weekly review of schedules
Assist with month end closing
Perform other accounting tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
Proven experience in automotive billing or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Knowledge of billing software and systems is a plus
Preferred
associate's degree in accounting or related field
Knowledge of titling process preferred but not required
