Responsibilities
Design and implement our enterprise-wide skills taxonomy and proficiency frameworks while designing governance processes, measurable criteria, and clear progression pathways
Design, develop, and implement talent management initiatives for the enterprise, carefully balancing the need for consistency against unique functional needs
Partner closely with People Team experts to ensure a highly integrated approach
Collaborate closely with People Business Partner Leaders and cross-functional partners to implement skills, talent mobility, and workforce initiatives across lines of business
Orchestrate and drive system integration across all People systems, partnering with engineering and product teams to implement AI/ML capabilities
Drive workforce intelligence capabilities—ensure skills data is analyzed, dashboards are created, and insights inform talent decisions
Work with team members to set the product vision for how skills infrastructure will surface in employee-facing tools
Use your ability to prototype and visualize complex ideas to gain support, alignment, and buy-in
Collaborate within the talent management team, across the People Team, and with key partners to drive operational excellence
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in Talent Management programs, systems, or workforce planning with expertise in skills taxonomy design and information architecture
Exceptional collaboration and ability to influence
Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives
Ability to simplify through complexity
Strong technical fluency — comfortable partnering with engineering teams on system integration, data models, and implementation
Experience driving transformational initiatives across functions that require cultural and operational change
Preferred
Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Deep expertise in competency modeling, skills architecture, and proficiency framework design at a conceptual level
Background in taxonomy development, ontology design, or information architecture applied to talent development
