Responsibilities
Lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion
Facilitate project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables
Partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance goals
Track project progress against timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks
Communicate project status regularly to project teams and stakeholders
Plan and monitor project budgets; conduct research and analysis as needed
Utilize quality and risk management tools to identify and mitigate risks
Document project updates, notes, databases, and lessons learned
Share best practices and learnings across teams
Identify and assign appropriate resources for project tasks
Guide, coach, and provide developmental feedback to project team members
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in construction project management
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
