Responsibilities

Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics across multiple products

Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve product and operational performance

Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders

Support multiple products or initiatives concurrently, managing competing priorities effectively

Track KPIs, OKRs, and business metrics across product lifecycles

Assist with product launches, enhancements, and performance reviews

Document processes, workflows, and analytical methodologies

Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams to define data needs

Support decision-making with clear, data-backed analysis

Communicate findings in a concise, stakeholder-friendly manner

Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

Build scalable reporting and data workflows

Create structure in environments where processes may not yet exist
