Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues with computers, software, printers, and other equipment
Assist with software installation, hardware setups, and system updates
Help monitor system performance and perform routine backups
Maintain records of IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals
Support IT projects, which may include network maintenance, application deployment, or cloud infrastructure management
Research technology solutions and assist in resolving unusual technical problems

Required

Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and software
Familiarity with network and system security
Knowledge of hardware and software installation
Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
