Responsibilities

Oversee all operations of the branch, ensuring the effective management of projects, contracts, estimates, client relationships, vendor partnerships, resources, and personnel
Identify and implement market strategies to build the local share of market
Prepare and manage branch budgets and monitor overall financial performance; full P&L responsibility
Utilize previous knowledge to teach, train, and guide your team towards success
Communicate with clients, project teams, and F.E. Moran employees to build honest and trusting relationships
With WI requiring licensed fitters, the ability to entice, draw and build a solid field team

Required

Current/Previous experience within Fire Protection
Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and contract management

Effectively communicate and present both verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
Relevant field, design, sales or project management experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant field or equivalent experience
Ability to entice, draw and build a solid field team
