Responsibilities

Drive new business and revenue for AI and Agentic AI solutions across life sciences clients
Identify and develop high-impact use cases for autonomous AI agents
Own go-to-market strategy for agentic AI platforms, LLM-based applications, and AI automation solutions
Translate complex AI/agentic workflows into clear business value, ROI, and efficiency gains
Build and manage strategic partnerships with AI platform providers, cloud vendors, and data ecosystem partners
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data science, and compliance teams to shape offerings based on market needs
Lead enterprise sales cycles including discovery, demos, proposals, contracting, and account expansion
Monitor competitive landscape, emerging AI regulations, and life sciences compliance requirements (GxP, FDA, EMA)

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
6–12+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within life sciences, healthcare, or AI/digital platforms
Hands-on experience selling AI/ML, LLM-based, automation, or SaaS solutions to pharma or biotech organizations
Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, orchestration, tool use, decision loops)
Ability to communicate AI concepts to both technical and executive audiences
Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals

Preferred

Experience in FSP-based engagements
Existing relationships within pharma, biotech, CROs, or digital health organizations
Exposure to AI governance, model validation, and compliance in regulated environments
