Responsibilities
You will be accountable for all site production efforts, drive Continuous Improvements & LEAN events, ensure safety & AS9100 / ISO9001 compliance, product quality, root cause analysis, corrective actions and risk mitigation
Lead, train & mentor 20+ direct reports
Manage workflow, scheduling, update processes, procedures & policies to meet production goals
Qualification
Required
5+ years of leadership running production operations for METALS plating – coating – anodizing – etching – dipping etc
In-depth understanding of production schedules, resource allocation, process improvements, workflow schedules, capacity planning
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence change & collaborate with team members
LEAN & Continuous Improvement principles
