Inside Sales Representative

Executive Lawn Care is a company focused on growing long-term, recurring clients through effective sales strategies. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage the sales pipeline, respond quickly to leads, and convert inquiries into satisfied clients.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to inbound leads from web forms, calls, texts, and referrals
Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and present the right service package clearly
Provide timely, accurate estimates and make it easy for prospects to start service
Handle common objections (price, timing, competition, etc.) and close with confidence
Run daily high-volume outreach: outbound calls, follow-up texts, and emails to open leads, past estimates, and reactivation opportunities
Manage your pipeline in our CRM (Service Autopilot) so that no lead is left behind
Maintain accurate records of every contact, estimate, follow-up, and outcome
Use reminders, tasks, and notes to stay on top of all open opportunities
Monitor status of sent estimates and follow up until the lead gives a clear “yes” or “no.”
Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure what you sell is delivered accurately
Share feedback with leadership on what offers, scripts, and pricing structures are converting best
Flag recurring objections and market feedback so we can adjust offers and messaging
Spot bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales process that slow you down or confuse prospects
Suggest improvements to scripts, follow-up sequences, or CRM workflows to increase conversion
Help refine our sales playbook so we can convert faster, more consistently, and with less friction

Required

2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, call center, or high-volume/commission-based is ideal)
Comfortable making 50+ calls per day plus texts and email follow-ups
Familiarity with CRM systems (Service Autopilot is a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy with common computer, typing, and data-entry skills
High-energy, confident personality — motivated by targets and commissions
Solid time management and ability to prioritize a heavy pipeline
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Preferred

Industry experience in home services or landscaping is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
Exposure to digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email platforms) is helpful but not required
Available for 45–50+ hours per week during peak season, with occasional weekend coverage when needed
