Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience supporting our business operations through business process analysis, requirements gathering and reporting

Work closely with various departments and report directly to the Director, Business Operations

Aid in driving informed development, business processes optimization and improving business efficiency and productivity

Assist in analyzing and interpreting business processes from multiple sources to support development of new systems capabilities and solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand and document business needs

Help develop, maintain, and present requirements to various stakeholders

Support project management tasks, including documentation and progress tracking

Assist in the implementation of new business processes, data flows/mapping and strategies created by the new solutions and systems capabilities

Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals
