Responsibilities
Oversee the planning and execution for NGMM testing and teams involved
Develop a comprehensive test plan to prepare for SIT and UAT cycles, schedule testing activities, and ensure that testing is conducted effectively to stay on track
Provide regular status updates to include metrics for testing progress and defects
Guide and mentor the QA team, fostering a collaborative environment. Set clear goals, providing feedback, and ensuring team members are adequately trained
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure that products meet the required standards. This includes defining quality metrics and standards for the project
Track and manage defects throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner. This includes conducting root cause analysis to prevent future defects
Work with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality is integrated into the development process
Identify potential risks and issues related to testing activities, create mitigation strategies, and ensure timely escalation and resolution
Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements as needed
Qualification
