Responsibilities

Create sales enablement programs that increase consideration and engagement of salespeople and ultimately drive sales, in the B2B space
Create playbooks to document program design, dynamics and execution strategy, so they can be replicated across all regions
Define business processes to build the engagement program functionality into current systems
Collaborate with B2B geo sales leadership and field teams to drive program adoption
Work directly with existing and new vendors to tap into their expertise in engagement and peer to peer solutions and bring best-in-class solutions to market
Analyze, compile, and communicate monthly reports of B2B program execution, results, and gaps to partners and executives
Lead the forecasting, P&L, budgeting, and financial analysis processes for B2B programs

Required

10+ years of experience designing, building and leading enterprise focussed programs
People Leadership experience
Lead the Way: Be an inspiring leader in B2B staffing, training, and engagement, and stay up-to-date on the latest B2B trends
Design Programs: Create innovative programs that can be used to cover all our partner needs, from large Corporate reseller employees down to SMB sales taking place in a store
BA or BS required, (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred

Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leaders across organizational boundaries, including internal stakeholders (e.g., Apple) and external partners
Experience serving as a primary point of contact for internal teams (e.g., Enterprise colleagues), facilitating communication and collaboration with specialized teams. Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams to develop and implement innovative B2B programs
Understand Sales: Know how sales strategies and processes work, especially in enterprise environment
Improve Systems: Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement in existing systems and tools used for managing staffing and engagement
Run Programs: Experience in planning and executing events and activities that drive enthusiasm and improve customer experience
Manage Vendors: Experience managing vendor relationships to identify and implement optimal solutions for program needs
Analyze Results: Strong analytical skills and experience in tracking program impact, analyzing data, and generating data-driven recommendations for program improvements
Document and Share: Create guides for how to run programs, so they can be used in all regions
