Required

Strong Customer Service skills and a customer-first mindset
Experience in New Home Sales and general Sales practices
Proficiency in Training and coaching techniques
Demonstrated Negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently but also as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Prior experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
bachelor's degree preferred
