Responsibilities

Coach individuals, teams, and leaders on how to effectively use AI tools (e.g., generative AI, copilots, automation tools) in their roles

Translate AI capabilities into practical, role-based use cases that drive measurable business value

Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, quality, customer experience, or innovation

Design and deliver AI training sessions, workshops, and learning materials tailored to varying skill levels

Develop playbooks, best practices, and guidelines for safe, ethical, and effective AI usage

Support ongoing learning through office hours, hands-on labs, and one-on-one coaching

Support organizational change by addressing adoption barriers, concerns, and resistance related to AI

Promote a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and responsible AI use

Act as a champion for AI literacy and digital transformation across the organization

Partner with IT, Data, Security, Legal, HR, and business teams to align AI enablement efforts with governance and strategy

Gather feedback from users to improve AI tools, training, and adoption approaches

Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users

Reinforce organizational policies related to data privacy, security, and ethical AI use

Help users understand limitations, risks, and appropriate use of AI technologies

Support compliance with internal standards and external regulations

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Education, Data Science, or equivalent experience)

Strong understanding of AI concepts, particularly generative AI and applied AI use cases (technical depth not required, but practical fluency is essential)

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable guidance
