Responsibilities

Educate and Empower: Develop and teach salon and business practices that create consistency, delight clients and franchisees, and make every visit seamless. Share training that equips our teams with the tools to succeed, focusing on best practices that deliver joy and measurable impact
Build Trusting Relationships: Be a caring partner to salons, franchisees, and regional developers. Listen, support, and collaborate with them to align on goals, share wisdom, and lift everyone toward success—because their wins are ours too
Guide with Expertise: Work alongside leaders and experts to design processes and programs that strengthen our field teams. Take a close, caring look at in-salon safety for pets and staff, ensuring we meet the highest standards. Lead training that educates franchisees and salon teams on the latest practices, keeping everyone informed and confident
Uphold The Sparkle Way: Visit field locations and review DOGs (our standards of excellence) to ensure our culture and care shine through. Your insights will help us keep clients happy, franchisees supported, and our brand strong at every location you oversee
Stay Accountable: Make sure every salon meets or exceeds our DOG standards. If challenges arise, step in with solutions and follow through until they’re resolved, keeping senior leadership and franchisees in the loop with clear, compassionate communication
Champion Consistency: Ensure our service standards are lived out everywhere, every day. Watch closely, offer guidance, and suggest improvements to keep Sparkle’s promise of exceptional experiences alive for clients and franchisees alike
Listen and Elevate: Be a filter and funnel for critical field feedback, providing our leadership team with franchisee insights, opportunities, suggestions and new best practices developed in the field
