Responsibilities

Administer health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, providing clear and timely support
Conduct data analysis to evaluate plan performance, costs, utilization, and trends
Support annual open enrollment, including system setup, communications, and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations such as ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA
Assist with audits, reporting, and preparation of required filings
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure alignment between HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance employee understanding, and strengthen program effectiveness
Collaborate with HR partners on leave administration, wellness initiatives, and benefits-related projects

Required

6-8 years of experience in benefits administration; Ideally coming from fast-paced organizations with strong change management skills
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR systems such as: Workday, Jira, ADP Benefits Module
Knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirement such as: 401K, NDT
Familiar and comfortable working in a culture of constant change and transformation
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
