Responsibilities
Lead and execute strategic digital assets projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (g. product, technology, finance, risk, and operations)
Synthesize large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights, develop business cases, and inform product and market strategies
Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and analysis for executive audiences
Own workstreams within complex projects and drive end-to-end delivery, from ideation to implementation
Cultivate strong relationships across the organization and with external partners to advance strategic priorities; regularly collaborate with business partners across all levels to ensure that deliverables are high quality, completed on time, and with full stakeholder visibility
Build and maintain perspectives on industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory developments in digital assets
Mentor junior team members and foster a growth mindset across the company
Exercise professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of experience in strategy or operating roles within financial services, technology, or consulting
Documented familiarity, or ideally experience, with crypto or digital assets
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial modeling, business case development, and market research
Excellent problem-solving and storytelling abilities; proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
Strong collaboration and influencing skills; proven ability to work across functions and drive alignment
High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Passion for learning and intellectual curiosity about emerging technologies and financial innovation

Advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.)
