Responsibilities
Gather requirements and develop analytics, dashboards, reports, and tools for strategic business decision support
Retrieve, integrate, and aggregate data from multiple sources into actionable formats
Deliver ongoing & ad-hoc metrics, visualization, and analytics storytelling
Support project reporting including risks, mitigations, scheduling impacts, and scope changes
Provide process improvement support and future enhancement recommendations
Maintain familiarity with H&M Global Medical Database and related systems
Qualification
Required
Experience with health data/metrics and advanced analytic solutions
Tools: SQL, Excel/Access, PowerBI, JQuery, HTML, SharePoint
Strong in statistical analysis, data wrangling & visualization
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills (charts + formulas)
