AttainX, Inc. is in search of a highly energetic Business Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency's Armed Services Blood Program. This role provides critical data analysis, process improvement, and operational support for the military's blood collection, processing, and distribution mission serving service members, veterans, and their families worldwide.

Responsibilities

Collecting, analyzing, and presenting programmatic data from the Enterprise Blood Management System (EBMS) and other ASBP data sources to support data-driven decision making

Preparing monthly transfusion analysis reports for Combatant Commands summarizing blood product usage and utilization trends

Conducting organizational development and operational assessment studies as requested by ASBP Division leadership

Supporting performance measurement tracking and reporting, including Return on Investment (ROI) analysis demonstrating cost effectiveness and quality improvements

Developing effective reporting tools and dashboards to improve tracking of mission-critical information

Preparing executive summaries, management presentations, and briefings for the Armed Services Blood Program Integrated Council (ASBPIC)

Contributing to the Annual ASBP Historical Report summarizing project and task completion

Supporting strategic communications and stakeholder outreach efforts as needed

Assisting with administrative requirements of ASBP Division personnel and contributing to general office operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, or related field with 3+ years of experience in the following areas listed above

2+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in healthcare or laboratory environments

Experience with laboratory information systems such as CHCS, Cerner, Wellsky, LifeTrak, or similar platforms

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for leadership decision-making

Familiarity with quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance frameworks

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust Security Clearance

Data collection, analysis, and statistical reporting

Business process documentation and improvement

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Prior experience working on US Federal Government contracts

Knowledge of blood banking, transfusion medicine, or clinical laboratory operations

Experience with Enterprise Blood Management System (EBMS) or similar blood program data systems

Familiarity with FDA, AABB, or CAP regulatory requirements

Experience supporting DoD or Defense Health Agency programs

Background in quality assurance, error variance reporting, or root cause analysis
