Asset Manager
Liberty Demolition is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the company’s fleet, equipment, and material assets. The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with safety regulations while managing procurement, maintenance, and asset utilization.

Responsibilities
1% of Monthly Revenue coded to jobs with vendors trusted
Create and Maintain relationships with Scrap Vendors
Track and Manage Scrap Receipts and ensure they are coded to the correct projects
Develop and maintain an inventory tracking system for all company assets, including vehicles, machinery, tools, consumables and materials
Maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
Work closely with project managers to forecast equipment and material needs
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all assets
Develop and oversee routing and deliveries process
Develop & oversee preventative maintenance programs for all company equipment
Track repair costs, maintenance schedules, and vendor relationships
Implement cost-control measures to extend asset lifespan and reduce expenses
Ensure all equipment complies with OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements
Ensure assets, equipment, trucks are all clean, properly branded, and inventoried weekly
Documents and disseminate equipment and tool damage reports
Research and procure new equipment, vehicles, and materials as needed
Negotiate contracts with vendors for consumables, small tools, rental equipment leasing, purchasing, and maintenance services
Establish strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and availability
Develop cost-saving strategies for asset acquisition and disposal
Maintain insurance and compliance records for all company-owned assets
Manage truck inspections and registrations
Ensure all equipment and vehicles meet safety & regulatory requirements
Work with safety teams to ensure asset-related risks are minimized
Monitor asset-related expenditures and budget performance
Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new asset acquisitions
Generate reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and cost-effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of heavy equipment and demolition tools
Ability to manage procurement, maintenance, and asset utilization effectively
