Plan Drilling Program in collaboration with Geophysicists, Engineering, and Land
Develop and execute exploration strategies aligned with company objectives
Generate and evaluate operated drilling prospects and review outside operated exploration opportunities/proposals
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records
Present exploration strategies to stakeholders and the Board
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Geology required
5+ years of Geology experience in oil and gas
Mid-Con experience required
Proficiency in Geological mapping software (Petra, Kingdom, etc.) and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Master's preferred
Leadership and supervisory experience preferred
