Responsibilities
Create detailed AutoCAD drawings and models based on existing building dimensions and design sketches
Conduct field measurements and documentation to draft and review existing building conditions
Contribute to design layouts and features through research and documentation; assist with hand drafting and computer-generated renderings
Support projects through design development and construction documentation
Review shop drawings for accuracy and adherence to SV Design standards
Work alongside our architects and interior design team to ensure alignment with design intent
Assist Project Managers with material sourcing and presentation prep
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in architectural design
Experience in mid to large-sized high-end residential projects
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
Professional degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) to support the path to licensure
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Full-time availability, in-office (8 AM – 5 PM) with core collaborative hours from 9 AM – 3 PM
Preferred
3–6 years of professional architectural experience
Residential focus is a significant plus
Skills in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
