Responsibilities
Responsible for strategic and operational management of the Technical Services stream of the SDPR Project Team including Network Communications and Server Operations pertaining to the SDPR rollout
Oversee the full technical complexity, cross-functionality and completion of the SDPR Project
Manage resources, budgets, timelines, and risks while acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
Drive technical integration, risk management, stakeholder coordination and alignment with enterprise architecture, cyber security and resource allocations
Qualification
Required
Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in health with a comprehensive understanding of Digital Health Services (DHS) /ICT requirements to support efficient and effective delivery of the SDPR
Proven project and change management skills and the ability to deliver complex, sensitive, multidisciplinary projects within specified timeframes and budget
Demonstrated range of interpersonal, communication, professional & negotiation skills with a facilitative style of management that motivates and encourages trust, initiative and teamwork
Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills with capacity to work collaboratively at all levels with a wide range of senior professionals from all disciplines
