Correspondence Management Specialist

Responsibilities

You're interested in performing management, administrative, and program support work related to correspondence coordination and control
You can serve as a conduit of information between the agency, Congress, and external stakeholders on agency matters and policy
You can facilitate communications between federal agencies as well as state and local government entities to help coordinate IP policy and activities
You're interested in performing research and analysis, both as self-determined and as assigned

Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience in coordinating and drafting responses to correspondence relating to domestic and international intellectual property policy matters; Experience in coordinating and drafting responses to correspondence relating to patent and trademark operations issues; and Experience in analyzing and executing existing correspondence procedures set by an agency
Education may not be substituted for specialized experience at this grade levels
