Responsibilities
Set up and manage inspection, sorting, and quality projects per customer requirements
Ensure teams follow all company policies, safety standards, and job instructions
Communicate customer concerns or issues to management promptly
Schedule staffing and coordinate logistics for assigned projects
Verify accurate and complete project paperwork
Coach, train, and support Team Leaders and Inspectors
Act as a problem-solver and quality partner for customers
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of recent supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent planning and organizational abilities
Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
Ability to pass near-vision assessment
Stand for extended periods on various surfaces
Frequent bending and occasional repetitive hand movements
Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 50+ lbs occasionally
