Responsibilities
Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines
Involved in all phases of litigation, including discovery (i.e., ESI protocols, document management, subpoenas, privilege review)
Motions, trial preparation, and post-trial matters
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years paralegal experience
At least four years working in Nevada litigation
Strong knowledge of litigation processes, legal terminology, and court rules (Federal and Nevada)
Demonstrated experience filing documents under seal pursuant to the Nevada Rules for Sealing and Redacting Court Records
Demonstrated experience in the preservation, processing, review and production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and E-Discovery Protocols
Demonstrated experience working with Relativity or other document review platforms
Demonstrated experience drafting Tables of Authorities through Best Authority
Demonstrated Federal and Nevada court trial experience
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
