GPU Silicon Validation Engineer
Apple is seeking a GPU Silicon Validation Engineer to join their Silicon Technologies group, responsible for validating the functional operation and performance of embedded GPUs. The role involves test planning, execution, data analysis, and collaboration with various teams to ensure the high performance of Apple's devices.

Responsibilities
Configure system HW and SW for silicon validation
Validate GPU silicon functionally and electrically
Perform performance and power measurements
Triage fails and debug underlying embedded GPU issues
Learn and support all GPU silicon validation tasks as needed
Maintain and improve automation tools for validation and debug
Qualification
Required
BS required
Coursework in system architecture and GPU or CPU architectures
Experience in C/C++ and one or more of the following scripting languages: python, TCL/expect
Preferred
Coursework in device physics and transistor behavior
Experience debugging hardware and software issues in an embedded system
Interested and able to work in the lab
Experience with system profiling features
Ability to work well on a team in order to be productive under aggressive product schedules
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to read schematics
Perform performance and power measurements
