Responsibilities
Receive and triage returned material into the complaints lab
Perform inspections and testing to support complaint investigations
Document findings in complaint investigations
Material disposition
Maintain Quality Assurance Lab in accordance with documented procedures
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of basic laboratory equipment (e.g. multimeters) and testing to perform quality inspections
Ability to read and understand information about device complaints, follow written instructions
Work independently
Communicate clearly
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical device industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in an applied science or engineering field
Background in electronics, software engineering and/or product development engineering
Familiar with working in controlled environments an asset
