Responsibilities

Performing day-to-day lender service operations including one or more of the following loan servicing functions: verification of lender loan transcripts, confirmation of investor loan payments, reconciliation of balance differences, execution of payment calculations, and transmission / approval of money movements

Selecting the appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures and/or make simple adaptations and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals

Escalating any recognized issues

Required

Highschool Diploma/GED minimum education

0-2 years of work experience

US Citizenship

Ability to work full time in - office

Preferred

Knowledge of SBA lending, SBA 7a Secondary Market or SBA Form 1502 reporting is a plus
