The Judge Group is seeking a Training Coordinator for the STORES 2.0 project in Philadelphia, PA. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing training activities to ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements for contract personnel.

Responsibilities

Develop training materials to include user guides, knowledge-based articles, standard operating procedures and recorded training modules

Coordinate uploading of training materials to ServiceNow platform/STORES application with new and updated training materials

Coordinate with project management and technical teams to identify training needs for new and existing personnel

Ensure compliance with all contract and federal training requirements

Prepare and update training materials, manuals, and resources

Track and report training completion and compliance metrics

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate training logistics

Stay current on new/additional/supplemental DLA mandatory training requirements and communicate updates to the team

Assist in the development of any other deliverables as required by the contract
