Responsibilities

Collecting and analyzing all sub-adviser brokerage transactions on behalf of Strategic Advisers LLC

Responsible for the ongoing oversight of each sub-adviser and assessing their brokerage practices to ensure guidelines and industry standards are met

Deliver high quality reporting and analytics to various business partners, Board of Trustees, regulators, and shareholders

Build relationships with business partners across the firm as well as each sub-adviser

Contribute to the team’s tactical and strategic business and technology initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in financial services

Knowledge of brokerage transaction data and investment instruments

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and experience with database querying systems (Business Intelligence or similar)

Attention to detail and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization

Collaborates and builds relationships with key business partners, brokers, and sub-advisers

Keen focus on service levels delivering a quality product to business partners

Strong analytical skills conducted through data analysis to analyze trends and prepare actionable insights
