Responsibilities

Work closely with BI team to define business requirements for reporting and data analysis

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business goals

Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and inform decision-making

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with organizational goals

Present findings in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings

Support the BI leadership team in maintaining consistent and effective reporting standards across the organization

Monitor and ensure the quality and consistency of data presented in reports and dashboards

Required

3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role

Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and BI tools (e.g., DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to a non-technical audience

Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting

Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and best practices in analytics

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred

Preferred experience working with Google Analytics, Salesforce, or other business applications

Preferred familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation
