Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Tactical Implementation Plans using Microsoft Excel to track project progress and deliverables
Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies while proactively following up with project owners to ensure timely execution
Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, and scorecards for leadership review and decision-making
Coordinate activities across multiple jurisdictions and functional teams to maintain project alignment
Interface with Business Area Finance, Capital Asset Accounting, and Revenue Requirements teams to support financial planning activities
Track supply chain timelines and identify potential delays or bottlenecks affecting project schedules
Support preparation of regulatory documentation including certificates of public convenience and necessity and rate case filings
Identify schedule risks and escalate issues proactively when project timelines are at risk
Maintain comprehensive project schedules and ensure stakeholder awareness of critical deadlines

Required

Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
Three to five years of relevant professional experience in project coordination or financial analysis
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, planning, and reporting purposes
Working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for collaboration and document management
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to follow up confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels including senior executives
Capability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities in a matrixed organization
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills without direct authority
Self-motivated with curiosity and initiative to drive projects forward
Demonstrated experience managing timelines, risks, and escalations in complex project environments
Proven track record of holding others accountable and driving follow-ups without direct reporting relationships

Preferred

Graduate degree preferred
Background in regulated industries such as utilities, oil and gas, mining, telecommunications, or SEC-regulated companies preferred
Exposure to generation, transmission, or distribution planning is advantageous
