New Grad, Entry LevelKW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a Post Office Clerk to provide friendly and outgoing customer service to residents. The role involves coordinating mail and package processing, assisting customers with shipping needs, and maintaining a clean environment in the post office lobby.

Responsibilities
Greet all guests in a standing upright position as they enter the facility maintaining the highest quality of customer service
Coordinate with USPS employees for processing all mail and packages
Assist customers with all mail deliveries and shipping needs, including but not limited to forwarding paperwork, new owner paperwork, priority services, and delivery options
Utilize proper phone etiquette for all incoming and outgoing phone calls made to residents. All calls should be clear and in a professional manner
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
Report any and all maintenance items which include, but is not limited to, burned out lights, leaks, broken equipment to the Association office daily
Place orders with USPS for materials in a timely manner
Maintain a neat and clean environment in the PO lobby and behind the service desk
Complete daily opening and closing processes in addition to USPS reporting requirements
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel skills
High school diploma or GED; some college preferred
Must be able to work with a diverse group of people and must have a friendly attitude which focuses on customer service
