Escrow Receptionist
Thurston County Title Company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administrator to support daily operations within a professional escrow environment. This role is crucial in assisting escrow staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring efficient office operations in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
Assist in processing escrow packages
Prioritize communications in accordance with escrow procedures and security protocols
Prepare, print, and organize escrow documents
Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
Maintain accurate records and files
Ensure compliance with escrow retention and confidentiality requirements
Manage office supply inventory
Replenish materials such as paper, shipping supplies, and transaction folders
Maintain common areas and office essentials
Reconcile bank statements as assigned
Archive closed escrow files
Securely dispose of outdated records in accordance with regulatory and company standards
Qualification
