Client Success Representative

They are seeking a Client Success Representative to act as the first point of contact for all inbound sales and customer service inquiries, ensuring customers receive the best solutions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

CSR’s act as the first point of contact for all inbound sales and customer service inquiries and are available during their scheduled business hours
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly, helpful, and consultative mindset
Understand customer’s business needs and help navigate questions about product, art, and design decisions to recommend and deliver the most appropriate solution
Be an active listener, and seek ways to solve our clients' needs
Provide solutions, and have a 'never say no' attitude towards helping a customer
Help customers with orders, templates, printing, troubleshooting, product selection, application questions
Answer questions regarding adhesives, materials, use cases for our product lines, and determining the best suite of product specifications to solve a need
Practice excellent written and oral communication skills
Take excellent and detailed notes, and maintain accurate and up to date information in our client database so the entire team can see all activities and information accurately and precisely
Must understand the importance of putting the customer first!

Required

3+ years in Customer Service or Sales Development roles
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them effectively in customer-facing scenarios
Polished phone presence and no call reluctancy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have a calm, professional demeanor to solve problems and help customers who are in need of assistance in a meaningful way
Must be able to relate to others and the ability to build rapport and trust
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to jump in and help other team members
Proficiency with web-based tools – such as CRM's, Microsoft Teams, Dropbox, as well as excellent computer skills, with a basic understanding of sales support tools
Coachable, open to feedback, and generally curious
Extremely detail oriented, and always double checking your work to ensure accuracy
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred

Experience in the custom label printing / manufacturing industry strongly preferred
