Responsibilities

Evaluation, calculation and entry of tax documents, direct deposit information and Court Ordered deductions to ensure data integrity and timely processing of biweekly and monthly payrolls
Assist and provide direction to University departments and employees on all aspects of payroll regarding SAP data processing and payroll functionality while adhering to all University, Federal, State, and Local government regulations
Validation of W2 and 1042S information for all University employees
Maintenance of Nonresident Alien documentation, ensuring proper taxation and compliance with IRS regulations
