Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics, KPIs, and data requirements
Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting
Translate complex datasets into clear, business-oriented insights and recommendations
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across platforms
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
Partner with data scientists, product managers, and business teams to support strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics roles
Strong proficiency in SQL & Analytics tools
Proven experience in financial services and wealth management domains, with expertise in stock plans, financial data, Crypto and related business processes
Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake
Solid understanding of data modeling, architecture, and governance principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
