Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients
Serve as the point of contact for daily questions, updates, and service needs
Confidently manage client conversations during service challenges with transparency and professionalism
Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning
Identify technology upgrades, security enhancements, and automation opportunities
Assist with quotes, renewals, and proposals using systems and tools
Coordinate with internal teams on tickets, projects, and escalations
Track licensing, service terms, and renewals to ensure continuity
Communicate proactively about risks, improvements, and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Proactive, relationship-driven approach to client management

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud services, networking, or IT security
