Senior Sales Recruiter

Lionbridge is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across Sales, Go-to-Market, and Revenue-generating roles. This role partners closely with Sales leaders and Hiring Managers to execute targeted recruiting strategies for high-impact sales talent, managing the full lifecycle recruiting process.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements, align on success profiles, and execute effective sales recruiting strategies
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Meet and exceed recruiting performance goals including time to fill, quality of hire, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer acceptance rate
Leverage sales labor market expertise to identify the most effective sourcing channels, outreach strategies, and messaging to attract high-performing sales talent
Build and maintain proactive, role- and region-specific sales talent pipelines while providing talent market insights to inform hiring and workforce planning decisions
Foster trusted relationships with sales candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teammates

Required

5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Sales, Go-to-Market, or other revenue-generating roles
Proven success partnering with Sales leaders as a trusted talent advisor
An established network of sales professionals across roles including Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Business Development, and Solutions Sales
Experience leveraging a range of sourcing and talent marketing methods including social and professional networks, job postings, referrals, and targeted candidate outreach campaigns
Experience applying GenAI and advanced recruiting technology to identify, engage, and convert high-performing sales talent at scale

Preferred

Deep knowledge of sales talent markets and an established sales network are strongly preferred
