Responsibilities

Design and deliver onboarding, skills training, and coaching on new products, strategies, and processes
Develop and curate essential sales materials (playbooks, presentations, case studies, battlecards) and manage a central resource library
Streamline workflows, optimize tech utilization (CRM, enablement platforms), and ensure consistent messaging across teams
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align goals and gather insights
Track enablement program impact, analyze sales data, and provide insights to improve performance

Required

Direct selling experience with a technology company strongly preferred
Background in marketing, sales operations, or training

Skills: Strong communication, data analysis, project management, strategic thinking, empathy, and adaptability
Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and relevant enablement technology
