Provide administrative support to assigned teams during rotations
Support new team initiatives and provide coverage for employees on leave
Serve as backup Receptionist by providing general front desk and office services responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Recent college graduates with solid academic track record and expressed interest in administrative or executive assistant work will be strongly considered
Stellar written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task
Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn
Excellent Excel, Word, and organizational skills
Ability to exercise discretion, particularly in dealing with confidential matters/materials
Must possess a team-focused attitude with a demonstrated interest and ability to work collaboratively with others, with the ability to also be effective independently
Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism and integrity
