Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time
Demonstrated experience in biomedical, clinical, or translational research, preferably in pediatric or related health sciences fields
Strong understanding of research design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation methods relevant to pediatric research
Skilled in laboratory or clinical research techniques depending on the research focus
Proficiency with statistical and computational tools for quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to prepare scientific manuscripts, abstracts, and grant proposals
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary research team, including clinicians, scientists, and trainees
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple research projects, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous research records
Comprehensive understanding of research ethics, data privacy regulations, and compliance with institutional and federal research policies involving human subjects or pediatric populations
Capacity to identify research gaps, formulate hypotheses, and develop creative approaches to address scientific questions in pediatrics
