Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to pension administration systems

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams

Architect end-to-end solutions that align with public pension regulations, data security standards, and legacy system integration

Lead workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams including actuarial, finance, member services, and IT

Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or replacements to improve efficiency and compliance

Support RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and implementation planning

Develop use cases, process flows, and data models to support solution design

Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Assist in testing, validation, and user training during system rollouts
