Noblesoft Technologies is hiring L1 Technical Support Executives for an on-call/voice support process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound technical support calls and providing first-level assistance to customers.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound technical support calls professionally
Understand customer issues and provide first-level troubleshooting
Resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Log and update call details in the ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when needed
Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma / Any Technical Diploma
6Months –1.5 years' experience in voice/on-call support
Excellent verbal communication skills
Clear and confident phone etiquette
Basic understanding of computers, OS, and troubleshooting
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work in shifts/on-call environment
Preferred
Candidates with strong communication skills preferred
